Vodafone UK has decided the Android 2.2 Froyo OS update for the HTC Wildfire smartphone. The handset is known as one of the company’s cheapest Android smartphones.

Sadly, only users in Europe will get the Froyo update now, but HTC has promises users around the world will also have new Froyo update in February 2011.

May you forgot, the HTC Wildfire smartphone has brings a 3.2-inch QVGA touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, Sense UI, GPS, Stereo FM radio with RDS, an HTML browser, 5MP auto-focus camera with flash, and a 3.5mm headset jack.

HTC Wildfire also provides social networking integration (Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace).
